The receptionist was very nice. He took care of my luggages when I left them before check in time and after.
The location has connected restaraurant. Easy access to metro, buses and trams, so I felt super connected with any point in the city.
There was available some kitchen appliances at the corridor so you can get your tea/coffee. The internet connection was fine. The room was big, clean and had huge window with a view to the castle.
I had two issues that bothered me.
The first one was minor. The was no ring at the door when you arrive and it's locked till check in time. The personnel was fine with keeping your stuff before checkin but to enter you need phone call or maybe let them know your exact arrival time (what might be difficult) and they maybe assist you.
The second one was more dangerous. In the morning way earlier before check out time some guy tried enter my room. His key was valid and he managed to open the door. He excused and left with no exlenation but the feeling was very bad from that. If that happened at the beggining of my stay I would have been worried about my personal safety and safety of my belongings.

Very clean, great bathroom and shower, easy to access and quiet despite being the weekend!
No one at reception for me to check in with at 7pm on a Thursday, had to make a phone call at the desk to get in touch. Although, they were very helpful and pointed me to my room key laying on the desk (security risk?)
Bed wasn't secure, mattress kept sliding about a bit so I couldn't sit up to watch the TV

Price is good for what it offers
Considering we had a room with a shared bathroom in the hallway, we expected to have slippers in our room so we can walk around without getting our socks/feet dirty. The light in the showers is time-based, and it went off when I was showering, so I was very displeased. Couldn’t lock one of the showers as well. The cups in the hallway kitchen had obvious signs of long-time usage. A bigger mirror in the room would be much better too.
