The location was great just a few minutes walk to Kampa island. Buffet breakfast was good. The service was amazing. Very efficient.

Nothing, all was very good

The room we booked was spacious and clean. Room cleaning services were available everyday, should you prefer it. Location was top-tier. The hotel was just a few minutes from the tram stops and every site and restaurant we went to were just 1-2 rides away from the hotel. Reception was also open 24/7.

Amenities include an air conditioning unit per room. However, we were told that it could only be used during summer time and we had to open the windows at night for the cool breeze to come in. My husband and I are very light sleepers so the street noise woke us up from time to time. We couldn’t close the windows as we found it too warm and the staff at the reception couldn’t provide us ventilators as well. The hotel also provides all-in-one soaps in a dispenser which we found to be way too drying on the skin and tissue paper and a couple of cotton pads that disintegrate upon contact with water/liquid. We ended up buying our own stuff from Tesco.

The staff was discreet and kind.

The first room had problems – the door wouldn’t close properly, the door lock was semi-blocked and wouldn’t hold. The second room we were given smelled of cigarettes. Someone had clearly been smoking in the room. The third room smelled of cheap chemicals, probably from cleaning products. It smelled like a hospital. We accepted it because we were tired of running around looking for other rooms. Please note that the whole situation was charged extra. Changing the room… well, no comment.
