Very nice one-bedroom apartment with a spacious living room combined with the kitchen, two bathrooms, and a luggage room.
Perfect for a family with 2–4 kids.
Very clean and neat, with new furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The location is also very good — not in Staré Město, but very close to Pražský hrad and Karlův most (about a 15-minute walk or two tram stops away).
The only inconvenience was that we didn’t receive the check-in instructions from Agoda and had to write an email directly to the hosts to get the details. The information about the €200 security deposit was also a surprise, but it was refunded in full just one day after check-out.
I would definitely recommend Petrin Tower Residence.

Pros: Clean and very good location.
Cons: Complicated check in process. In order to check in, you’ll have to send 200 euros through a random website as a deposit, which feels weird and shady.

Our room was at the first floor. The floor is too humid. The bathroom was not so big. We booked 2- bed rooms where the first bed is next to the kitchen and just in front of the main entrance (which is super weird for us). To stay here you have to pay 200 € for the deposit (we got it back one week after checked out). Overall, I think this place is overpriced.
