Onefam Arbes

This hostel is mega!! If you want to meet people and have a great social experience, this is the place to be 💪. The hostel staff are so sound and genuinely want you to have as good a time as they do. They run activities during the day, like visiting the markets or the lakes, cook family meals in the evenings, and then finish the night with a pub crawl!! Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about Onefam Arbes. Huge shout-out to Micah and Peter for being absolute legends and sinking shots left, right, and centre—they’re honestly the GOATs. Also, Bendix is such a cool guy. His knowledge of Prague and his inner party animal really put the cherry on top of my visit. Last but not least, JEREMY, who let me in at 4–5 a.m. after a crazy night. The staff don’t feel like staff—they feel like mates.

We need a expansion on this place to make it even better💪💪🤪!!

Great location, staff us nice and all equipment is clean and comfy.

Door for room 503 are close to impossible to open, needs new lock. Woke me up twice during the night when people came home, they did lock and unlock many times before they found the only position where key let you really open the door. Be aware it could be up to five floors with no elevator

Amazing first hostel experience. Clean rooms, friendly outgoing people, well organized events and exceptional staff. I would like to specifically mention Micah from the staff team, whose positive vibes are unmatched, and who went above and beyond to ensure my stay in Prague will be unforgettable and Onefam will be my "go to" hostels forever. Looking forward to comeback soon!

The location, the furniture, the mattress, the friendly staff, the quietness—all of these are pluses for this hostel.

A huge drawback is the lack of attention to pre-agreed needs. I have a fear of heights and I told them in advance that I needed a lower bed. They assured me it was no problem. However, upon arrival, I ended up on the top bed and couldn't change. The hostel could have put me on the bottom bed if they had been more considerate in advance. There was a girl in the room with me who also checked in on the same day and also for one night. She ended up sleeping on the bottom bed. It was the worst night I've ever had at this place. Hostel staff should be more attentive to guests' requests.
