We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Martin. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is very well located — we were able to explore the city entirely on foot.
The staff was extremely accommodating, especially with our dog (which we paid a supplement for), which we really appreciated.
We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague.
The only downside is that the parking is not very convenient (and a bit expensive in my opinion), but aside from that, everything was great.

The hotel is well located- close to tram stations. The area felt safe and was clean. The room was spacious and the facilities were good. The cleaning services were very well done. The breakfast in the morning was sumptuous. Overall, it was quite pleasant.
My wife and I stayed for four nights during the winter and felt the heating in the room was permanently at high and unable to control internally. Since it was winter- it was quite okay but I wonder if for the summer this will be too hot due to no great ventilation. We didn't get a chance to test the AC. I would say the price is okay but it can be cheaper

Location was good, friendly staff
Smell of sewage and broken toilet, they rectified the issue but as we were only there for two nights it had a real impact on our stay
