    3 problems: 1. the narrow flight of stairs leading to the rooms. A killer with luggage. 2. The bathroom door doesn't shut! 3. The person sleeping near the wall must clamber up to get back on the bed or clamber over their partners to go to the loo.

    Just opposite to King’s Cross station. Room was very small that it literally just fits a luggage. Good to have air conditioning in summer days and the room can be cleaned daily. TV did not work well with no displays just sounds. Reasonable stay with the price overall.

    If you are new to London and are afraid to be late for your train, this is v conveniently located. King’s Cross station is just opposite, within view. Many eateries in the vicinity. The hotel does have a lift but there are steps going up to the reception from road level. To access the lift, need to walk down a flight of steps. So, steps are unavoidable. There are many small steps leading to your room. However tie staff are helpful with your luggage bags

    Pros: - Excellent location! The hotel is right opposite the train station, which has multiple train lines. This made getting around extremely convenient, and I could reach almost anywhere in London within 30 minutes. - There are lots of food options nearby, so finding somewhere to eat was never a problem. - Housekeeping was done every day, and the room was generally kept clean. Cons: - The stairs before reaching the lift were quite difficult. You have to climb about two flights of narrow stairs before getting to the lift. This was especially challenging when carrying heavy luggage. It was manageable when we arrived, but much harder when leaving because our luggage had become significantly heavier. - The hotel has a slightly old smell. It wasn't necessarily unpleasant or dirty, but there was a noticeable musty/old-building smell throughout the hotel. - The room was okay but quite basic. There weren't many facilities or amenities, so don't expect anything particularly luxurious. Overall: The biggest selling point is definitely the location. Being directly opposite a major train station made travelling around London incredibly easy and convenient. The nearby food options and daily housekeeping were also great. However, the stairs leading to the lift were quite inconvenient with luggage, and the hotel itself feels a little dated. For me, it's a good choice if location and convenience are your priorities, but don't expect a particularly modern or luxurious hotel.
