    Walking distance to the cloud gate. Perfect location with family with kids. The only issue was that the don’t have a parking area in the hotel

    Hotel was clean and decent with a good price. It's near to everything you need like food, tourist attraction, train and bus stations. Staff was very accomodating and proper. Over all, it was an amazing stay!!

    Bathroom and toilet very dirty carpet filter, dirty stuff for a bit rude and felt like they’re rushing me. I don’t think I got the service I wanted from this hotel.
