I chose this hotel mainly because it had a pool, which is hard to find downtown, but unfortunately it was being used for a swimming class during much of my stay. That was disappointing since the pool was one of the main reasons I booked here.
The hotel itself is very business friendly great location, efficient check-in, and convenient for work travel. However, it didn’t feel very couple friendly or relaxing for a getaway. While the staff were professional and polite, the overall atmosphere was more geared toward business travelers than those looking for a comfortable stay with amenities.
It wasn’t a bad experience, but it just didn’t meet the expectations I had when booking.

The staff, and the room were exceptional. We came to clean room and room service when they came even straightened our things up cause we were in a scramble on Saturday. Came back from a long day to not only clean linens but our clothes placed nice stacks in our room. Beware the bar doesn’t have “bartenders” I ordered a glass of whiskey on the rocks and she filled my glass like she was pouring me orange juice 😂

We requested for beddings for the sofa bed but instead of the staff bringing it to us, they asked us to pick it up at the ground floor. 😞 We are tired and needed to sleep but that’s how we are treated there.
