Beautiful settings and great facilities with indoor and outdoor swimming pools ashamed the sauna and steam rooms are not working otherwise it will be much better stay

This hotel did not live up to the expectations given when booking. We booked into the hotel as B&B customers and they tried to inform us it was room only. Thankfully I had all documentation with me a proof. In saying that I had to prove this everyone we went down to breakfast. The pool area had about 50-100 beds and only 8 umbrellas. This area had little to no shade and people with babies struggled to find anywhere. The air con in our room was blowing out hot air no matter what we tried and the temps outside were above 30. Towels for the pool never came out until around 11:30am and people were lying on beds waiting. I am not sure if they were just starting to get up and running but the hotel was poor.
