The property needs some updating.
Areas showing wear and tear need to be fixed. Not a 5 star property.
No bath mats, only 2 towels, no in room safe, no coffee machine.
We could not use the A/C since entire hotel was still on heat and we were told that the hotel was either one or the other. Being 25 celcius out, couldn’t understand why the heat would still be running.
Staff seemed pre-occupied and not particularly motivated to help. Property also understaffed.
We were told that outdoor pool was heated, but it was ice cold.
