The room was well presented, clean and comfortable. Loved pool area. The proximity to Murcia Airport is excellent.
The air con wasn’t satisfactory even though we mentioned it to reception. All the bars and restaurants in La Torre Townsquare had excellent air con so I’m not sure why the hotel’s was mediocre! The lake was dirty and unattractive to look at.

Beautiful pool, lovely rooms, staff were lovely and friendly and super helpful. Near lots of great bars and restaurants on La Torre Resort.
Only the aesthetic of the lake, looks like it needed fixing/filling, this did not affect our stay in any way though.

The pool and location of the hotel. The pool area needs more regular cleaning and removal of birds droppings in the ground and sunbeds!! It was everywhere! Same for the pool bar, more cleaning of chairs needed!!
The mound in the terrace was so bad we had to move room!! The new room was better, still had mould, but not so much…The layout of the rooms doesn’t work and needs a general updating and a good clean. Cushions in bar terrace are dirty and so uninviting! Used to be lovely there.
