    We informed the hotel we would be arriving g in the early hours of the morning to ensure our room was ready etc.. as at 2am we just wanted to sleep. The hotel confirmed. We then arrived at the hotel, everything was going fine until we were shown to our room 101, this tiny outdated room was right next to the breakfast area , I mean the coffee machine was just outside our doorโ€ฆ this room was obviously a storage room converted to a guest room given its location and size. The disrespect to give us this room knowing breakfast started at 8am and we arrived at 2am was unbelievable. From 7am the noise started, coffee machine vibrating, people talking, cups clinking, it was like everyone outside was in the room with usโ€ฆ. Upon check out I mentioned our concerns but unfortunately these were not even acknowledged. The only positive I have from this hotel is that itโ€™s close to the metro and the breakfast is adequate. Pay the little bit extra and avoid this hotel.
