    No complaints. Clean, comfortable, all working. Close to mall with lots of food options (mostly Asian).

    i had a standard king room and it was comfortable , bed was good . If you dont have power packs need an extention cord. Parking on site $20 per nite book ahead as theres only 13 spots otherwise 9 to 5 is metered but really not that expensive. Plenty of eateries in the area, close to beaches, seaway etc

    Arrived at 11:30pm to check in. Had already informed them the day before that we would be arriving after 11, as our flight got in late and we had to pick up our hire car then travel an hour from the airport to the motel. Was told this was fine, just to press the intercom button when we arrived and wr would be let in to get our key. Arrived - pressed the intercom - no answer! After 10minutes the hold music cuts out. Pressed the intercom again, another 10 minute wait, someone finally answers AND IT CUTS OUT AGAIN. It’s now midnight, I am standing outside the building on my own (was travelling alone with my 11 year old daughter). There is an emergency number on the door so I call it, WHILE I’m waiting for the intercom to answer AGAIN! I finally make contact with someone but they can’t get the door to open to let me in. By the grace of God another guest arrives to the front door and allows me in, so I can FINALLY collect my keys. I head back to my car and drive around the block to the car park - and the keys don’t work! So I call them AGAIN, to be told I didn’t purchase parking, they can’t help me now but to ‘pop down in the morning to get it sorted’?! NO WHERE on the listing is parking mentioned. I was offered to add breakfast to my booking but was never offered parking?! I have to park on the street, (was great having to go walk down and back again once the paid parking started at 8am), down the hill and wheel/carry all our bags up to the motel. When you get in the front door there is stairs with no lift access (picture attached). So it’s now after midnight, I’m lugging all our luggage up the stairs before we finally get to our room. Terrible experience, not worth the money we paid, and terrible sales team if they couldn’t even upsell their own parking when I emailed them and said I was bringing a car!
