    I booked a Queen Bed Room but was given two single beds pushed together instead, which made for one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I’ve had in a hotel. The mattresses themselves were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, and because the beds were simply put together, you could clearly feel the gap and middle section separating them. The parking situation was also quite inconvenient. While the hotel does have basement parking, it’s valet-only and comes with an additional fee. Even parking outside reception in the regular parking area requires payment. Most hotels at least offer one parking spot per room, so this was disappointing. That said, the hotel has a lot of potential. The staff were excellent and the facilities were great overall. However, parking situation and bed setup/mattress comfort — or at least in this particular room — really let the experience down.

    On cursory inspection it is a lovely looking hotel and room, the gentleman who checked us in was very nice. But on closer inspection, the room appeared to have not been cleaned? There was a coffee stain as of spilled coffee down the bedroom door and on the carpet, there was dirt and hair on the toilet, black filth blew out of the dryer when turned on. In the morning the room keys deactivated and had one of us not remained in the room we would have been locked out, this was several hours before check out. When we alerted staff to these issues we got a blank stare and the assurance we were free to go . Wouldn't stay there again.
