    My daughter stayed for her TAFE Close to TAFE and shops,, kitchen and laundry in unit. Beautiful modern unit with nice view, An amazing management team that managed the property and I’m more than happy to help with any questions. Just know you do need to go to the Gold Coast to pick the key up and drop it back for this property. You don’t get the key at the property itself. Highly recommend

    Our stay at TRYP Hotel was far from satisfactory due to several significant issues: 1. Lifts and Swipe Cards: • Only 2 out of 3 lifts were working, leading to extremely long waiting times. • Swipe cards for the lifts frequently malfunctioned, causing major inconvenience. • Getting to our room required going to the ground floor first, which was frustrating and time-consuming. 2. Check-In Process: • The check-in process took an unreasonable 3 hours. 3. False Alarm Mismanagement: • An announcement was made about a false fire alarm, but no actual alarm was heard beforehand. This raises serious safety concerns. 4. Infinity Pool: • The pool was too cold as it wasn’t heated, making it uncomfortable to use. 5. Reception and Staff: • Checking out before 10 AM took an additional 20 minutes because no one was at the reception desk. • The duty manager lacked energy and didn’t address the lift issues effectively, claiming no one could fix them over the weekend. 6. Hygiene and Maintenance: • Hallways smelled unpleasant and didn’t feel clean or welcoming. Overall, the experience fell significantly short of expectations, with poor service, management, and facilities. This hotel is not recommended.

    The apto is good , however the fact you have to pick up the keys 15min away by car from the apto is very bad, you guys should advise people before the booking because that’s not nice .. Then inside of the apto was totally wet everywhere but the worse was the principal toilet when I have to use a tower to dry the floor and get Into the shower 🚿… Very disappointed as I have to work and can’t go to my meeting thinking I have nice place to slept , I would like to get refund tbh very bad night
