The managers were amazing & nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to accommodate us in anyway. The amenities were fantastic & super close to Tedder Avenue. View was fabulous.

Large, spacious, clean apartment one street from the beach and the same to cafe/restaurants
There was nothing we didn't like... maybe the amount of time we had :-P .... could have stayed much longer and will probably be back. The cafe/restaturant strip isn't huge but there was enough choice for our 4 day stay and very easy to get to other locations nearby

Location is perfect. With the caravan park in front there is uninterrupted views to the ocean. Spotting whales from the balcony was a treat.
Shops and restaurants are only a few hundred meters walk which was nice and convenient. Surfers also only a pleasant stroll away.
Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa.
Booked a superior apartment which was advertised as above level 20. Checked in and the apartment was below level 20. View was still great, but the disparity in what I had promised my family made me look and feel like a goose.
Kids found an assortment of toys and rubbish from previous occupants under the beds and couch. Cleaners must have missed them. There also was a big ball of painters masking tape on the balcony that felt lazy and unprofessional.
Understand that it was just unfortunate timing that there was painting works at the same time as our stay, but painters abseiling in, and landing on the balcony unannounced still felt uncomfortable.
Biggest issue which we didn't realize until late was the carpet in the walk in robe became soaking wet. Everything that was on the ground was soaked. Missus was definitely less than impressed that her designer bag was sitting in the wet for days. Seemed like there was a leak in the wall from the ensuite shower pipework which was directly on the other side of the wall. In hindsight looking at the wall paintwork the leak may have existed for sometime.
