    Received a warm welcome at the Artino Hotel. We found the location is great for getting to places like MBK and Iconsiam. A short walk from Lumpini park to see the monitor lizards. A 7 11 on the corner. It's great. The room was comfortable and tidy. This is the second time we've stayed here when visiting Bangkok and we will definitely be back next time we are in town.

    has netflix, walking distance to BTS, nightmarket and lots of mall. daily cleaning is good too. encountered issue on check out as the receiptionist tried to charge me 500thb for a stained blanket which we had nothing to do with it, the stain was old. so becareful, and take picture daily after cleaning they gave you an imperfect sheets

    Rooms are dated. But well kept. I mainly choose this hotel due to its proximity to Sala Daeng. Otherwise there are better options for slightly extra price.

    I used to enjoy this hotel, but the maintenance is currently falling behind. Here are the specific issues that need to be addressed: Bedding: The mattress has sagged and needs replacing. Plumbing: The bidet leaks and the shower pipe is broken. Appliances: The fridge is not cold enough. Pest Control: Significant mosquito issues in the room. It was a great 'new' hotel a few years ago, but it now feels neglected. I hope management takes these points seriously.
