The room is large and comfortable overall. The bed was a little hard for me but not too bad. Some minor “annoyances” were things like I had to connect to the wifi every time I re-entered the room and the lighting in the bathroom is poor. Other than that, I liked the hotel and I would stay here again.

Great location and service, but limited parking and dim lighting. The hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok on Surawong Road, making it very reasonably priced and highly convenient for business travelers needing access to the Silom and Siam areas. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff provides good service. However, parking is extremely limited with only 7–8 spaces available. Additionally, the in-room lighting is quite dim—it is not sufficient for working comfortably and could be challenging for elderly guests during the evening.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Surawong road, a short walk to the sky train and shops. Internally, I like the cleanliness and layout, which is not tired like the other hotels in the vicinity. I will stay again when I next visit Bangkok.

Staff were great and helpful but the bathroom needs to be upgraded, there was a lot of mould around the corner of the bathtub, which was disgusting, and the aisle to the room was dark.
