The hotel kindly arranged a top-floor room with a lovely sea view over the North Sea. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the town centre and by the seaside. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and attentive service.

Stayed 1 night while visiting friends in the area. Booked hotel last minute but not disappointed. Lovely welcome and our room was great too! Very cosy and exceptionally clean. We also had a sea view. Had breakfast which was good quality and enjoyed a lovely stroll along the seafront before leaving. Would highly recommend and would book again.

A quirky old building with character in a great location in Deal right on the seafront a pebbles throw from the Pier. It has no parking of its own but has a small pay and display car park right next to it. It's not cheap because of its position but the building is showing its age. That being said our family room on the second floor (no lift) was warm and comfortable and the service by the staff in the bar/restaurant was excellent.
