    Love the location, 10-15 min walk from Asakusa station. Love it's walking distance Tokyo Tower. SUPER LOVE THE ARTS. it's a home away from home.

    Enjoyed my stay at KAIKA. My friend and I booked a Twin Room (21 sqm), and it offered a decent amount of space for two medium-sized suitcases to be fully opened. One of the things I appreciated most was the common area. Guests have access to the water dispenser, 1 vending machine and self-service laundry facilities, which made the stay very convenient. Take note: The laundry machines can only take a small load at a time and the dryers were quite weak. We selected a 1-hour drying cycle, yet our clothes were still slightly damp afterwards. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Another thing to note is that the hotel is quite a walk (~10min) from Asakusa Station, so keep this in mind if you're travelling with large or heavy luggage. That said, the peaceful location and comfortable facilities made it a pleasant base for exploring Tokyo. Overall, I had a great stay and would recommend KAIKA to travellers looking for a stylish and comfortable hotel in the Asakusa area.

    1. I am surprised that with the overall environment and design of this hotel is super high quality and modern, but the staff's quality is not satisfying at all - as they assume every non Japanese guest knows the overall hotel experience so they dont bother to introduce there is no room service at all unless you stick the mini magnet notice out of your door before 10am every day. 2. They sacrificed the convivence of the hotel guest over the hotel design. no clear signages of check in and check out instruction in the room. The staff once again didnt mention on your checkin time for sure, then you will need to search for their websites as they dont bother to mess up their design? very interesting mindset what a customer journey design in 2026. 3. Location wise: no matter which train you are going to take, a 15 mins walk is a must. 4. of coz with this price point to have a nice environment, suck it or leave it right? :)
