The vacation ninja house secretbase is great. The host is so accommodating. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The location is spot on; it was so close the train station and attractions such as the sumida river, the Tokyo sky tree, and the Senso-ji temple. It was just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely recommend this place for a family who needs space.
Busy street can be loud. Luckily there were fans to drown out the noise.

We loved the location, lots of buses and stations close by. The house was amazing, it was unique and lots of homely touches. It was lovely and quiet and communication from the hosts was excellent. Our 2a 3k family had the best stay in Tokyo and would stay again

This is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed at on vacation. I didn’t see any signs of mildew on any shower surfaces or tile surfaces by the kitchen or even any dust on anything. In terms of the cleanliness this is the most comfortable place I’ve ever stayed in. I loved the decor and the ninja base theme. Very cohesive and professionally styled.
The narrow steep stairs can be difficult for older and very young kids. We had some big luggage too so it made moving the luggage upstairs difficult. When it stormed the water from the streets seeped under the front door towards the dining table.
