Great location! Close to Asakusa station, stores and restaurants. Clean. The window opened to let in nice breeze. On hot days, the ac worked well.
The wifi was slow. The fridge was very small, without a freezer section.

The kitchen where you can have breakfast smell like fries food doesn’t make it welcome to stay and eat there.

The location is great and convenient, being a short walk from the station and minutes away from grocery and convenience stores. The area is very local, residential, and quite special when compared to staying in more touristy areas. If you simply need a budget location to sleep at night, this place works okay. The staff is nice and easy to reach out to and communicate with.
The rooms are a lot smaller than they seem compared to in photos, being just enough space for the beds. The bathrooms are also extremely tiny, and weren't the cleanest - our shower door had visible mold on the outside. Several items throughout the room were also dusty, even after requesting cleaning. While the hotel was within our budget, I personally would prefer to pay more next time for another hotel.
