    I loved the place. Very close to train station, had 2 convenience stores nearby and easy check in and check out via email. Will definitely stay again.

    We stayed here for 8 days and 7 nights. There is a Family Mart nearby, as well as several Japanese restaurants / Izakayas downstairs and a few steps away. The Higashie hie subway station is also just a 2-5 minute walk, at most. It was spacious enough for our 4 large luggages. The only downside of the stay was that the mattress and pillows were very thin. Our neighbors also had a bad smoking habit so the fumes would seep in through the exhaust. Otherwise, the staff, the hot water and water pressure were all very reliable. I would recommend it if you preferred a quiet area over that of say Tenjin or the main city center that is more alive with tourists and youth.

    The door malfunctioned, it wouldnt lock when we leave. We sent a message thru text and email as it was an emergency, we didnt get a reply. Only we did when we said we will be cancelling the rest of the stay, but still no one went to our aid. It is an unmanned hotel.
