    We stayed 6 nights and so happy with this self-check hotel. Room is clean and big for family of 4. Hotline service was helpful when we had trouble to get the room code. 10 mins walk to lots of resto and Hakata station, so many convenient stores surrounded. 1 negative point only is about the noise as hotel locates in big road, and we were arranged to stay in 2nd floor 🙃

    We are really satisfied with our stay here. The rooms are clean and a bit spacious. It is a bit far from hakata station but manageable.

    It was hard to contact the property regarding early check in and late checkout.. But otherwise checking in and out was easy. Room was great except the sofa bed was not sleepable. Very lumpy. We did have a great stay. The air con was good and I slept well. (Although my friends thought the street noise was a bit loud. I didn’t even notice.) Might stay again next time.

    WATER FROM THE AIRCON IN THE BEDROOM WAS DRIPPING EVERYTIME IT'S TURNED ON. SO WE WERE ABLE TO USE ONLY THE ONE IN THE LIVING AND DINING ROOM. WE SENT A MESSAGE TO THE PROPERTY THRU AGODA BUT THERE WAS NEVER A REPLY. LOCATION WAS QUITE FAR FROM THE STATION.
