    I lost my phone on Grab and they made a lot of effort to help me retrieve it which was a huge relief. As for room wise, basic but functional and apparently, the basement no window rooms are sought by some regulars of the hotel!

    I booked this hotel for few days. Room ok. Distance ok. Only issue is the towel, housekeeping did not change the towels. Towel have damn smell. TV have 2 remote. 1 to switch channels & the other volume.

    Not recommended. Bedsheets with stains and not clean. No lift lobby directly for hotel guests to use. Lift lobby is mixed with other residential / workers staying in the same building. Night time onwards can hear noise from clubs next door till early morning. Location near ksl but not near enough to walk, have to grab to go to any malls. Staff are friendly.
