    The location is great. The local bus & hop-on hop-off bus are in the street the hotel is on which was very convenient & economical. Communication with the host was fast & friendly. The elevator to get to our floor & room was great. Bar’s & restaurants very close by. Only negative is the room is VERY small. The picture in the post is deceiving.

    Very difficult to find the entrance. Have to check-in at another location and never informed about this in advance. No staff onsite, no fridge, no power socket for the coffee machine, no glasses or cups. Find somewhere better.

    The place is hard to find. When we got there, there was a notice telling us to go to another hotel to check in. And the room was in another building altogether

    Poor communication by AGODA or Hotel re check-in off site 1 km away. No staff at hotel site. This was NOT DECLARED at any tim in booking or cancellation period. Once checked in it is OK. If you have health issues, avoid due to check-in arrangements. The staff at check-in were polite.
