Staff were incredible, sent my parents on a trip to lake garda and they went above and beyond to help me when they ended up getting stranded due to public transport strikes etc. Really couldn't fault them, all the staff at aktiv hotel from booking to check out were fantastic! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

We loved the hotel and all of its services and the wonderful staff and delicious breakfast and super chef! Wow! I cannot say enough! We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. Thank you to all!

The most peaceful and one of the nicest places our family ever visited. Beautiful location, wonderful garden, nice staff who were so helpful and polite in every matter. Super breakfast with lots of vegetables and fruit, you can make your own fresh juice. I really recommend this place.

Though it was a random search, the secret price lured me to check it out. I do not have any regrets. beautiful place, very close to the lake, nice rooms, with a a balcony. If you are around, Take it!

We had a nice stay. The hotel is very near town yet is very quiet. The sauna area was very nice. We had a lovely room overlooking pool area. The breakfast was good, lots of choice. It was very clean and efficient.

Perfect place to stay for tourist to this area, Very clean and comfortable, and with nice view, easy to access attractive points. Very good breakfast and kind staffs. Just perfect place. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We can really recommend this hotel and Torbole on Lake Garda. Torbole is just the right size, with enough going on but not too busy. It is at the more mountainous and less touristy end of the lake. Most of the visitors are Italian or German which was great and many were keen cyclists - so it had a very active atmosphere. The town has some good restuarants and nice shops. Boat trips down the lake are easy but hiring a car allows you to go up into the mountains as well. The hotel was great - newly renovated and painted. The room had everything we needed.It is in a great location, surrounded by mountains and a few hundred yards from the main square so you are close to the restaurants and shops but it is also very quiet and peaceful.The staff are all very freindly and the service is excellent. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and you could buy snacks and drinks from the bar. The swimming pool is perfect, in a garden setting. Having travelled around the beautiful lake and up into the mountains, we felt that Torbole was the best location and this hotel suited us perfectly. A great holdiday. Enjoy!!!
