Excellent service, accommodation and amenities

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast food and options were exceptional, the rooms are big and clean, and the hotel provide many little nice touches such as water, biscuits, ear plugs, eye mask, sewing kit. The location is ideal, and parking is easy.

Great stay, perfect if you travel by or with a bike.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed two nights longer than anticipated for recovery (bike trip) and due to changing weather conditions which posed no problem and was easily organized by the hotel personel. The bike locker room and cleaning station were on point.

location near to lake garda and in Torbole with some good restaurants and shops around the corner; large & good breakfast buffet (for every choice and taste 👌); 2 bike depots (with camera); for free parking directly on the hotel

for parking could be a bit more space (tight parking slots) and especially for arrival/departure should be a fixed area with only short-term parking for fitting the bikes on the car and so on… but there is also another good alternative parking area appox 200m from the hotel

Book Now - You Won't Have Any Regrets!

The hotel was incredible. The front desk staff were extremely wonderful and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen - you will want for nothing! The room was clean and well designed to maximize the space with lots of amenities. The location is also excellent for biking, the beach, shopping, restaurants, and anything else you might like to visit in the area. The views surrounding the hotel are breathtaking as well.

The only critique (which is not against the hotel), is the parking situation was congested and a little bit stressful. The hotel staff has an excellent system to manage the chaos but upon first arriving, it was intimidating.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was spacious and had a really nice balcony overlooking the lake. The location was great. Although it was too cold to use it the pool area looked really nice.

For the price of the rooms the hotel is good, but it is definitely more of a 3 star hotel not 4. The room was not very clean, when I opened my sheets to lay down in the bed I found hairs… the bathroom was also not very clean and the towels had wholes on them, from being too worn.

The breakfast was impeccable, the surroundings are fantastic.

We were with children and unfortunately one of the room cards was lost. There is no one at the reception after 10:30 p.m., no one heard the emergency bell placed at the entrance, and no one answered the phone number. Therefore, we could not use one of the rooms until morning, 5 of us slept in the other 3-person room, on the floor. If we don't book 2 rooms, we spend the night on the street like a homeless person. The next day, we asked for another card at the reception and I told them about the problem, but they didn't deal with it. This is not a 4-star hotel service. That's a joke.

Nice and clean hotel with many facilities.

Hotel is in a central position to reach all the parts of the village. The Hotel is easy to reach and with plenty of parking spots in a double row. Parking wall side you can keep the car keys, parking street side you have to hand over the keys at the reception to allow the other cars getting out. I've counted at least 50 parking spots around the hotel and the reception informed me they have an agreement with a restaurant nearby with extra parking space. This is important to know when you're moving in Italy middle of August where all the locations are packed. We got a present at our arrival with the upgrade of the room with the garden view. The room was big enough, clean and with big bathroom with shower. After the first night we have asked for additional pillows and our request got immediately accomplished. Breakfast is huge with all the possible dishes you can ask for a breakfast, Italian and international. All the staff super friendly and eager to help, from the reception to the breakfast room. We didn't use the pool, the bike facilities and the restaurant but they are definitely a plus.

I loved bike facilities. Location is great and staff is super nice! Love breakfasts variety of tastes and very good Italian coffee.

First poor Wifi quality, in the floors signal was very weak, and login/creating account to login is very old fashion, further more this is not supported by other devices like bike computers. Second of all water in the pool was so cold that we couldn't swim for more then couple seconds, even my kinds could stay there. Yes there is a pool, but it's not very useful. Third of all reception should be 24/7 especially if we need to leave key to our car for parking organization.

Great hotel in a great location

The staff is amazing. People are genuinely nice, helpful and friendly. I really liked the bed, it is extremely comfortable.

The parking spaces are a bit narrow, even for a mid sized car. I could park my car safely, but it was a bit uncomfortable to leave my spot, cause one guest didn't park carefully enough.

Staff were fantastic. So helpful from the moment we arrived until the second we left. Location is perfect and the rooms were spacious & Clean - and we loved the pool!

Not being able to serve yourself breakfast. Friends staying in hotels nearby could help themselves.
