To enjoy a stunning view of the lake

I stayed here for 4nights and I wish I could stay longer. Absolutely stunning views of the lake from the balcony. The location is perfect, right across the dock where you can get boats to Riva, Limone, etc. There are nice shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are also very nice and friendly. Would love to stay here again in a future trip to Lake Garda 😁

The room was very basic, with old furnishing. The walls were bare...a few decors on the wall and improving the lighting in the room would be nice.

Great view for decent price

The view is the best part about this hotel. The location feels good, close to the local restaurants etc. The hourly parking right there on the street, but they offer paid private one. Breakfast was nice, with Prosecco 👌 There is an elevator.

It’s not the newest hotel, but for the price, I would say it’s good value. The TV channels were lagging.

Horrible

I didn't like anything! When i entered the room i wanted to throw up instantly because of the smell… Everything very dirty, poor conditions, the bed sheets smelled very bad, the breakfast food was horrible… The sink and shower faucets are rusty and full of limescale. Hairs stuck to the tiles in the bathroom. The sockets and switches had holes next to them. You were sleeping on the bed exactly like on a park bench... The carpet in the room was full of animal hair, dirty as the animals defecated on foot and full of red ants… I have never experienced such conditions anywhere in the world. I had to keep my suitcases on a table because the red ants were getting in between the clothes (if you look closely in a picture you can see very little ants) I have a video but I can't upload it. I believe that this hotel has nothing to look for on booking. Don't let the pictures fool you because they have nothing to do with reality. It would be a waste of your money… BOOKING TAKE ATTITUDE‼️‼️

The best view of any hotel I have ever stayed at!!

The hotel location was fantastic. Close to the sailing and windsurf centre at Circolo Vela Torbole and some of the nicest quiet beaches. The view from the room and balcony over the lake and mountains was one of the best on the lake yet only a 2 min walk into the centre of Torbole!! The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming with a good breakfast. We were there for 2 weeks and it felt like home. The rooms now have aircon and the road outside is barely noticeable at night.

Do not stay at this hotel!

Only location

After our arrival we found out that the hotel has no air conditioning, which is almost unthinkable in a Mediterranean country in the 21st century. The room was about 35 degrees at 10 pm, the window was open, so it would have been impossible to sleep with the noise outside. The room is about 10 sqm, old, shabby curtains, furniture, floor. The corridors are narrow, the room is in a small part at the back. The hotel looks more like a workers' hostel. The tourist tax had to be paid immediately on check-in, in cash. As it would not have been possible to stay under these circumstances, I asked for a suitable room or a reduction of the prepaid price. I indicated that if they did not do this I would check out. The staff refused my request with unqualified tone and behavior, not even refunding the tourist tax. Booking.com should review the basis on which the hotel was given a 3 star rating, as this is a major detriment to Booking.com's credibility I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Worst Hotel Experience in Italy

Location was fabulous - but felt the staff rely on that fact.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. The night reception staff was completely disinterested. He refused to give us ice or even chill a bottle for us to have a drink on the balcony for our last night in Italy. Breakfast - I cleared the table from the previous people. Nobody bothered to attend to us & were short & rude when we asked for anything. Food was not replenished - so most of the breakfast items were finished! Had to ask for cutlery which just got dumped on the table! All very unpleasant! We began our Italian holiday on Lake Maggiore and traveled all through the Lakes (5 in total), through Tuscany, right down to Amalfie and back! Our stay on Lake Garda was our last night and Hotel Ifigenia the worst Hotel of our entire trip!

The view from the room was stunning, you could see the whole Lake Garda, friendly stuff, free parking.

The stuff didn't speak English so it was a bit difficult to communicate, I know that typical Italian breakfast is without vegetables but would be great if in the hotel they would serve at least tomatoes.

Altes Hotel aber es wird das Beste draus gemacht!

Personal am Empfang und beim Frühstück sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und Bad waren wirklich sauber. Frühstück war spitze! Das Hotel liegt direkt am See. Für Motorräder und Fahrräder ist ein Raum zum Parken vorhanden inkl. Ausreichend Steckdosen für eBikes

Csak őszintén.

A kilátás szép már ha nem épp a hegy felé kapsz szobát. Reggeli az árban és választékos, nekem tetszett.

Nincs parkolási lehetőség, maximum az út túl oldalán a fizetős de az is tele van. A szobánk enyhén szólva is régi módi és a fürdő is elavult. Szobával egyáltalán nem voltam meg elégedve, főleg, hogy egy sikátorba és a hegyre volt némi ki látás.

Śniadanie typowe, bardzo urozmaicone, pyszna kawa Bardzo przyjemny basen Miejscowość Torbole przylegające do Riva del Garda jest znacznie mniej zatłoczona turystami. Świetna baza wypadowa na wycieczki rowerowe i piesze. Hotel usytuowany przy ruchliwej trasie samochodowej okalającej jezioro. Okna w pokoju bardzo dobrze izolują od hałasu ulicznego a widok z balkonu rekompensuje z nawiązką odgłosy ulicy.

Parking bezpłatny zlokalizowany 800m od hotelu. Dla nas to nie był problem, bo poruszaliśmy się codziennie własnymi rowerami. Dla piechurów może to być uciążliwe.
