Some people in the hotel, like Raphael Fernandes, makes your life quite painful and if you have a choice to opt for another hotel with no painful staff, this will be the right choice

This hotel works it’s clean and the staff are friendly but it is definitely not a 5 star hotel. This unfortunately seems to be a common problem in Portugal, hotels that have undeserved 5 star status.
