It was a nice stay in Venice. The room was decorated very Venetian. Staff were a great help especially Monica and Michael. Shower is very small but made do.

Property was lovely staff very friendly only down sides no lift and a lot of stairs if you are on the top floor, and a little bit noisy I had bells chiming each morning and could hear the other rooms alarm clock every day

The hotel is very centric to the centre, the service was fabolous. Myself & my sister were delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 4am, I did message them but they welcomed us even so late with a friendly face and very professional. We have no issues, we asked for help on thr service arouns town, were given a map and how to move around. Lovely stay and hotel.

Since we had to catch a train before breakfast was served they put together a bag for us on the day of departure. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Area was good and very close to st marks square.

Nice boutique style hotel near San Marco. The staff was quite helpful and the breakfast (15E) was amazing. While the hotel lacks an elevator, the staff does well assisting guests with luggage. A charming little place

Mathia ( the receptionist) is very professional and friendly. He has an outstanding customer service skill. The room is very clean, bed sheet, towels are very clean. The shower is too small. All in all we were very satisfied

Venice genuine, likable, very good staff, excellent breakfast. If you don’t mind space a bit tight and narrow staircase, probably as many classic Venice buildings anyway, this is a/the real thing. I’d gladly come back. Thank you.

Hotel Mercurio was wonderful. The staff was amazing, friendly, and gave amazing recommendations for food and outings. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! Also, it was very centrally located which made it super easy and convenient to get to anywhere in the city. We loved it and would recommend them highly.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel Mercurio. The staff were very helpful and there was a nice atmosphere at the hotel. The location is superb. My room was tidy but spotless and comfortable with air conditioning. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious.

Absolutely fantastic staff! So helpful, so kind, and so understanding of my lack of Italian language skills. Highly recommend. Thank you so much. Heavy again I remember Moon, and don't really remember anyone else's name. But they were all great. Helped us a lot with figuring out how to get to the Biennali exhibits. Terrific breakfast too.

Hotel staff was amazing! Property needs updating and and has a mildew moisture issue. You can keep the authentic look and still update facilities. Very inconvenient to get to with luggage. Back packers are best suited. Old linens, drapery, and bedding. Just felt a bit dingy.
