The hotel definitely needs some tlc. The staff was excellent! The food was great, woth lots of gluten free options.

We arrived on 2/5, everyone of the staff are so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, explained everything to you , the rooms are big , aswell as the bed!! Comfy , everything you want in a room was in! Breakfast was so organised and plenty of, so you don’t go hungry , it was amazing , derek (staff) was a joy to chat too, funny with our granddaughter With his jokes !
My granddaughter went swimming !
I cannot fault anything with this hotel , but I will be using this hotel everytime I come to Hemel Hampstead it’s a 6 ⭐️ for me !

Breakfast menu was okay. Not too much of a selction but had all the basics.
The swimming pool area needs upgrading. There were cracked tiles and limited space.
