    We had a lovley stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was all really good quality and value for money. Would stay again in the future

    Room was dirty. Heating didn’t work. Bed very uncomfortable. Overall hotel not good quality at all unless you don’t mind changing rooms 5 times

    It was my mistake to not notice the date was wrong on my online booking. I thought a phone call would lead to a professional, customer-focused reception to make the change for me. Instead I was met with a stone wall; a ‘jobs-worth’ couldn’t care less attitude and lost the entire amount I paid. It doesn’t matter if the place was a palace, it’s all about customer service and they score zilch on that.
