Good sized room, very clean and comfortable. Fresh bed linen and fluffy towels. Bedroom furniture dated and worn. Tiny shower cubicle. Bathroom window did not shut properly which let in the traffic noise. Breakfast was very good and staff were welcoming and friendly. We would stay again.

I have stayed before on many occasions, although no staff to greet you now, the lock boxes for room keys works effectively. Staff are super lovely, very accommodating. Breakfast was tasty, paid extra for cooked option, but plentiful continental. Would highly recommend. Warm regards, Heidi and Evie😄

Really nice quiet rooms..like little chalet/cottage rooms. Very clean and was warm in the room as we arrived later due to travelling from Wembley . Comfy clean bed.Bathroom spotless and very nice,lovely soft towels. Breakfast we had to go into the main part of the building,was met by lovely staff. My husband had full English breakfast and I had the continental breakfast. Spoilt for choice! Everything was great. Will definitely stay again if we need to travel to London..which is only 35 mins away.
