Everything is great, even though it has no beach it’s nice, you can walk to the beach, it’s right across from 5th ave,
You get there they introduce you to the hotel and amenities as well as restaurants
The only bad part was that when you get there they try to sell you on a presentation at a different hotel also a reef resort, while the guy was talking I told him no 3 times,
Once you say no his demeanor changed towards us, tipped him for showing us around we left, as we would walk it was clear he would talk to his coworker about us as she made the obvious gesture to look at us when we left towards town.

Paid for the all inclusive package. Room and amenities were good. Customer service was also good - all the staff are friendly and willing to help. The spa and rooftop pool were very nice. However, avoid the excursion desk because they overcharge by a lot! Breakfast was the only good meal here. The A la Carte dinners were a disappointment - tasteless and little flavour. Add some herbs and spices!!
