Staff is always super friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Diego, food is delicious, I highly recommend eating at Cachitio and enjoy some authentic Mexican food.

Everything was great, Eli the concierge was amazing and helpful, the beer and food were amazing, the rooftop pool was so cool! Super friendly. We will definitely be coming back with our family! (No kids)

Nice place...stayed there 3 years ago and it was better then...did not like having to always make reservations to eat at night. They could of used a coffee station for those just wanting an early morning cup of java. Could of done without the "foam/bubble party" in the roof top pool that lasted way too long...food was just ok. Last time we could go to the "sister" resorts free but had to pay this time...great location being close to 5th Ave.
