    The hotel is new and bf is included. The buffet has a lot options. Room is big and clean. Staffs are super too.

    Overall, this hotel seems to have serious problems with its management and basic guest service. My experience included the following: 1. Poor cleanliness:I found pubic hair in the toilet when I arrived, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. 2. Inappropriate housekeeping timing: At around 10:00 a.m., staff knocked on my door and asked whether I wanted housekeeping, even though it was not my checkout day. This was disruptive and made me feel that the hotel did not properly manage its housekeeping schedule. 3. Poor luggage handling before check-in: When I arrived to drop off my bags before check-in, the staff asked me to leave them in the driveway, which was hot and exposed to direct sunlight. This did not feel like a safe or appropriate place to store guests’ belongings. 4. Elevator problems during checkout: At the 11:00 a.m. checkout time, I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to get downstairs because both elevators had been locked for checkout cleaning. Blocking both elevators at the busiest checkout period shows very poor planning and management. 5. Misleading online photos: The photos shown on Agoda appear to be heavily edited and overly Photoshop-enhanced. The actual hotel and room did not match the online presentation. 6. Non-functioning fridge: The fridge in the room appeared to be only a prop. It did not work properly and was dripping and crying inside. 7. Poor delivery handling: I ordered food delivery, but after being stuck in the elevator for around 20 minutes, I discovered that my food had simply been left outdoors. This was especially frustrating because it reminded me of how my luggage had also been left outside in the hot driveway before check-in. Taken together, these incidents suggest that the hotel has serious problems with its overall management.
