The receptionist, who checked me in and out (I believe her name is Mercedesz) is truly a gem. Kind, helpful, and overall just seems like a lovely person - meeting someone like that right upon entering gives you such a good first impression of the whole place. I loved my room, everything was sparkly clean, the staff at breakfast were lovely and attentive too, and the location is simply great. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here.

What a fantastic breakfast. Best we've had in a long time.
Nice location, 5 minutes to Donau, metro, tram and airport bus.
