    Excellent location near two metro stations. Was easy to get to and from the airport. Lovely and friendly staff. They have a 24/7 desk and kept my bags for the day which was very helpful. Great breakfast. Perfect for a solo traveler and highly recommend it.

    Managed to get a luxury room for a third of the price on a last minute deal. Had an open plan bath which we used, came with a bottle of prosecco, chocolates and fruit, and we opted for breakfast in bed rather than going down to the restaurant. It was lush. A bit far away from the centre of Lisbon though, so we only stayed one night for a treat. They kept our bags for the next day so we could go travel around Lisbon which was really kind. Would definitely treat ourselves to something like this again.

    Checked in, given a room with a noisy AC. Mgr and FO staff came in to inspect, assured me they would take care of it. Three hours later, checked with the desk and no one did squat about it. Since nothing wad done, I asked to be moved, which they did reluctantly. However, the very next day I was asked to pack my stuff because they want to move me again since they apparently sold the room that they moved me in. That would have been 3 rooms within a 4-day stay!!! So I said 'no'. If they had followed up and fixed my original room BEFORE I asked to be moved, OR moved me to a room that wouldn't be needed for someone else, then I would not have been inconvenienced twice nor made to feel like I was being dofficult. Follow up and follow through is something they need to work on. If you say you're going to do something (repair defective AC), do it! If you're going to provide an alternative solution (new room), stick by it and don't make your customer move and feel bad because you "inadvertently" upgraded them! Location is great, breakfast is substantial. The management though needs some major training on customer service and planning. I'd still recommend the place but minimize interaction with the staff as much as possible.
