Staff were great. Unfortunately there was a large yellow stain on the wall next to the toilet which detracted from our stay.

3 stars for Great customer service, very responsive. Parking charge removed very quickly (we didn’t park), friendly check in. Nothing they can do to change the current situation.
Really overpriced for the construction zone we walked into. It will apparently be very nice when complete, but in the meantime I would recommend avoiding if there are any other options. Nothing is open, ie gym, pool, restaurant - you can use a nearby hotel, but just stay somewhere else. Make shift lobby. Construction all around hotel. We were fortunate and had a view of parking lot instead of the construction - sold as “city view.” Just not worth the price AT ALL.
