I enjoyed the aesthetic and design of the place, the desk attendant was friendly and gave us a great room on the 4th floor with a cool city & lake view.
Didn’t love the valet parking.

It was very close to where I needed to go
The basic services that I expected were not adequate. After searching for a working ice machine late in the evening I had to go to the front desk where someone got some ice for me. In the morning the coffee maker in my room did not work. I realize this seems like a small inconvenience but getting dresses and having to go to the lobby for coffee made for a rough start to my day. And the water smelled so chlorinated it was impossible to drink and I did not want to bath in it either.
