Fantastic Hotel, very friendly staff and reception. John (Porter/Security Guard) is a legend helped us most nights to find places to visit. Sven (Receptionist) gave us a good handover I forgot his name but the polish kitchen staff member was very polite over all a fantastic hotel.

Excellent restaurant, front desk and shuttle. No complaints. Very safe and clean.

We arrived after an overnight flight from Canada. The desk lady came and found us as soon as room was ready, earlier than the usual check in time.
