Parking situation confusing and awkward. Cant enter parking without key but nowhere to park in order to fetch the key

This was an okay place to stay for 1 night during our layover, but i wouldn't go out of the way to stay here. The staff, however, was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with their provided shuttle and they reimbursed us for uber/taxi fees.

The staff was great. Very helpful with suggestions of places of interest. Rooms comfortable. Dining experience offered a variety of options and prices were reasonable. The shuttle to the airport was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The driver was absolutely wonderful. He was pleasant and friendly. I feel he went above and beyond in helping us with luggage and getting us to the airport.

This hotel is perfect for anyone traveling to/from/through Dublin. The hotel staff are all terrific -- front desk, shuttle drivers and restaurant/bar employees. I felt safe and the room was really nice. I'll definitely stay there again and tell friends/family to consider it as well.

The TV only work from connecting to your phone and BlueTooth, however, as far away from the center of the hotel as we were, we had zero internet access. Two individuals at the facility were unable to fix this problem. Gratefully, we only were over-nighting to return to the airport. The shuttle was free! And hotel was at the end of the bus line, that was helpful.

A clean and modern hotel a short drive from Dublin Airport. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Food and drinks are reasonably priced in the restaurant and we enjoyed our meal. Shuttle bus drivers were prompt and chatty and drove us with care. I was a little concerned that the hotel seems to have 24 hour security guards at the entrance. Whilst this is obviously a positive step to keep the building and customers safe, it did make me a little anxious. Perhaps this is standard for a hotel in a capital city but not something ive come across before

The room was super clean! One shortcoming was that there was neither a mini-fridge nor an ice machine available. There are many reasons that guests may need to keep something cool, so I wish you'd reconsider that decision. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be good. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and made some mistakes at various tables. I'm not sure if she was given too many tables, or what the problem was, but she was struggling a bit and it affected the experience. The neighborhood didn't seem very good, but we didn't go out walking, so we felt comfortable and safe enough.

Clean, modern, comfortable room. Generous early check-in policy, which was much appreciated. Restaurant dinner menu was very limited, and there was no viable alternative in the neighbourhood. Hot breakfast was very expensive for what was provided; continental breakfast was reasonable value.

The people are really great - friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing - new, well planned and thoughtful The pillows had seen better days - compressed and flat. Fortunately, I’d brought my own, which probably tells you I’m picky I wish the doors banged less but they didn’t keep me awake

Very please with this hotel. Even after 10mins of getting to our room there was a plumbing issue, they swiftly moved our room. Clean comfy and friendly staff. Food was lovely (although only had breakfast) and the airport shuttle bus was a god send, used it twice to get to the Dublin express

We got to the hotel at 10:30 pm and left at 8:30 am. It was definitely a turn and burn. As we were there only a short time during off hours we weren’t able to resolve our card that controlled the electricity. We made due but the card/ electricity thing is why I rated the hotel overall a 4. To the hotel’s defense, they had no idea their was a problem.

The property itself is really nice. A taxi is about €20, so you should plan around the shuttle. The area is really sketchy and not nice or walkable to anywhere of importance or interest. The apartment was very well appointed and 2 bathrooms is a life saver with kids. We loved our stay. It’s clean and wonderful. It’s very very loud at night but if you like the noise of a city, then you’ll be really happy. Great property and would stay there again.
