    Stayed here in a triple room for an affordable price. Was celebrating a birthday and the hotel staff provided a complementary touch to our room as a gesture. Also had a hand written welcome note from the housekeeping team. Will be back again.

    I stayed for 1 night to attend an event holding there and the service was exceptional. Unlike most hotel, I was able to turn down the room temperature to my desire which for me was perfect and exceptional. I would refer friends and family

    Better than expected, very clean and quiet room, immediate delivery service when we requested an additional mug for the room. Nice friendly and professional staff. Every thing was perfect, for us. The elevators were fast and plentiful, something that is sometimes bad in UK for Only areas for improvement would be the water pressure on the shower wasn’t as good as we have in Japan (generally it’s low in UK) and it was a little bit of a squeeze getting in to the shower, due to to the opening size between the sink and shower door.
