The hotel is a little outdated. It's in the middle of a commercial area and is easy to get to by car. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were helpful. Price is reasonable.

I needed to book a room at AC Hotel Vicenza for a friend, who is a war refugee, and needed to work with the staff on arranging payment and logistics from overseas. I was very pleased how helpful the staff was. And my friend absolutely loved this hotel. If I get to visit Vicenza myself sometime, I will book there again.

On one occasion it appears that the cleaning staff did not complete their cleaning in my room. I arrived with the hotel toiletries strewed across the bath tub. No new towels or toiletries. I had to call the reception desk to bring me replacements. Also, the vent above the shower is gross. It needs to be wiped. It appears to be growing mold or something Finally when I first arrived, I found that my blanket had a foul smell. I had to call the reception desk again for replacement. The gentleman working at reception made my stay much better. If it weren't for him, I would stay somewhere else as he was able to remedy all my issues quickly and sweetly.
