The location was in a good location and the staff were okay.

The pictures are deceptive. The room we got was nothing like the picture. This felt like a 1 star hotel. The bathroom sink we broken. Was not impressed!

Very friendly staff, check-in 24/7, clean rooms, near highway, no noise (quiet at night).

It was quite warm when we got there at around midnight (in mid June) and had to wait for some time for AC to cool down the room before we could go to sleep. The smoke detector above the bed had a very bright blinking light.

The lady at the reception was friendly.

The location might make sense if you are traveling for business and need to be in this (not at all appealing) industrial zone. If you want to see anything from the city, better stay in the city. The shower was not very comfortable and the fire defector was blinking all night. The charger for electric cars didn’t work so I had to drive another 2x 15 minutes so charge my car. Overall we have absolutely no idea, how this hotel comes to 4 stars. Even 2 starts would be very generous.

Position close to the fair and availability of parking space. The lady at the reception desk very friendly.

The place is quite far from the city and not particularly comfortable. Both the restaurant and bar were closed during the lunch time.

Only if you ate desperate!

Bed was comfy.

Location was in the middle of an industrial estate. Room finished to a very poor standard, very cheap feel to everything. Bathroom fitting was extremely bad! Shower door did not close properly, taps plumbed in back to front! Silicone badly done and grouting unfinished. Ended up moving rooms at 3.30am due to inconsiderate neighbours, who carried on drinking and smoking in their room next door until 5am. Air conditioning didn't work, restaurant was closed. Food provided was appalling! No tea and coffee in room, fridge in room was noisy!

cheap but you get what you pay for.

conveniently located with plenty parking, complimentary fruit was nice but a lot of it were already going bad.

we arrived and the room floor had not been clean. there was dog hair all over the floor and the toilet kept leaking on the floor. On top of that you have to ask the staff to adjust the air conditioning as they had it set to 26 C.
