Super cute and clean, shower was amazing! Right by the cathedral, so it was convenient for starting the Camino. Highly recommend!

Toilet seat was broken, shower head pipe was broken (had to physically hold it up straight to take a shower), property stated that I had a suite with a balcony. This was not a suite and there was no balcony - just a tiny courtyard (think jail cell). The best thing going for this place was it’s proximity to the Sao Bento Metro station and the Cathedral Se.

Clean and safe and near train station. Very very very small bathroom. No heat.
