We were a group of five and rented two units. The host thoughtfully arranged for us to stay on the same floor (3/F). The interior was clean, tidy, and well equipped. The location is good and close to the centre. Check-in is easy.
As we lived on the top floor, the roof view is very beautiful particularly during sunset!!
We unfortunately encountered roadworks right outside the building. The street was blocked, and taxis could not stop at the entrance. As a result, we had to carry several large suitcases from the bottom of the street up the slope to the front door. It would have been very helpful if the host had given us an early warning, so we could have been better prepared.
In addition, because the building has no elevator and our group of 5 included 2 elderly people, the remaining 3 adults and younger members had to carry all the large suitcases up the stairs to the 3/F.
We ended up getting quite a workout even before checking in. :D

Perfect location, great communication with the host, easy check-in/out, modest but comfortable. Contactless Hotel entrance through the phone worked great, leaving bags at the reception was possible.
Needs renovation, and more cleaning ASAP. I was at the 1.floor, Walls are super tight, I thought the ceiling was going to drop on my head from the noise. shower door doesn’t work properly, hard mattresses, ventilation over the stove was broken, lamp didn’t worked, safe was closed… there was no balcony even though i booked the room with one, i got tiny window with literally no view. There was a heavy construction work going on the street literally at the entrance of the hotel, since the hotel is located in an old very tight street, it was very noisy and dusty, and i never got informed about that prior my arrival.

Near to city centre. Entry works well and inside is neat and clean. Allows pet.
Location opposite a facility for homeless is main issue - strange atmosphere but someone had recently taken their toilet on the pavement opposite and it was not cleaned up for the time we were there and really spoilt it for us.
