The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind! The location is amazing, walking distance from so many attractions and great food locations! Building and room was very clean and well kept. I would love to stay at this location again in the future!

Located a 2 minute walk to the Cathedral. Great option for a weekend in Porto.

Big property, but a bit grungy. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, and flusher was coming out of the wall, stink came out of shower drain, crud on some blankets, and an AC unit was dripping water on the floor. Two beds had a bug in them. All the knives in the kitchen were broken, and I found rice Krispies on the floor, which we didn't bring or buy. Also even though it's a big unit, storage is very limited.
However, great location and close to a lot of places you would want to visit.
Staff was fine, came to help when wifi didn't work.
Location is fantastic.
