Nice hotel if you want to go at Rulantica or Europapark ! You just need a car ! Rollercoaster décoration is very nice inside the room !

Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations and a restaurant, and city of Rusk proper is less than a 10 minute drive.

Fairly clean and modern accommodation. Unfortunately we stayed in a room with a door linked to another room, with very poor sound insulation. As a result we could not sleep due to noise made by our neighbours.

Nice hotel but did not clean room replace towels tidy beds etc and we were there two nights. Told to leave towels on the floor to be replaced and we came back after our second night to find wet towels on floor as not replaced

Everything was ok, except the check in because the computer had a problem, stopped working at the final step. I had to wait it restart. I arrived at the hotel at 11:40 pm and could get to the room at 00:20 am! Also the wifi ar the hotel had a problem and was out of service. Besides these two technical problems everything else was very good.

The property seems to be very new. Staff was friendly and the location is close to the amusement park. There are really no choices of food in the area after 8pm. The bed, pillow, and comforter are horrible.
