We stayed at Finders for 10 night with our two little ones and we were very happy with the service and amenities. The buffet breakfast had a variety of asian and western foods, the kids play room was also a hit with the kids, laundry area was quick and easy to use and the complimentary snacks and bottled water was a little nice addition to our stay. Only downfall would be the bed, it was too firm for our liking but overall we were satisfied. Highly recommend if you're staying in Taipei! We will be back :)

Considering the proximity to Taipei Main Station, Ximending, convenience stores and drugstores, and connections to every tourist spot via Metro Taipei, this hotel's value for money is hard to beat. The breakfast is good, the laundry room is easy to use, and since there is a 24/7 beverage bar, the lobby is a great place to get work done anytime. I personally liked to bring my laptop along while waiting for my laundry. Our only complaints are minor: the Wi-Fi in rooms are spotty (though 5G mobile data works great), and the curtains in our room smelled like vinegar. We'll be sure to book at Finders again on our next visit to Taipei!

Facilities and other staff like the housekeeper, restaurant were much friendly than the people on the front desk, too rude to speak to a customer and not willing to help. Location is far from. Ximending/trains stations but bus are accessible. Breakfast was ok , they have pretty much snack which is good about the hotel.
